Things don’t always go to plan. Finance falls over, a building report comes back dodgy, someone changes their mind. Most lawyers will still bill you. We don’t.

Once you’ve signed our engagement letter, you pay our fee once, when you settle. If a purchase falls through, we don’t charge you for the work we’ve done. When you find your next place, we pick your file back up and carry on, and you pay the same $2,500 + GST at settlement. That covers you for twelve months, one purchase at a time.
